I have been coming here for years. Would have to say the most I have ever waited was 5 mins. They are very busy, but have managed to run an office effectively which I appreciate. Staff has always been friendly too. The last two girls who have done my cleaning have been great... of course they tell me to floss more but don't harass me over it. Once my front tooth cracked and they squeezed me within a day or two. Overall I would highly recommend this place

I liked it very much. I recommend to all. They pulled out a wisdom tooth in just a minute, and I didn't even realize that it had been pulled out. Qualitatively, quickly. I gave $ 450 in total (with a picture, anesthesia), this is without insurance. Friendly staff, clean clinic. Speaks English and Russian

I have been coming to the office for more than 8 years. First of all Dr. Igor is super honest and trustworthy which is sometimes hard to find in dentistry. He always greets you with a smile and has a very warm personality. In the office they treat you like a family and are super professional. The office is very clean but the most important they get everything done for a reasonable price because they truly care. For Dr. Igor and his staff it's not about the price it's about the results they give you. I have lived in Florida for 22 years and have been to several dental offices. This office is the best.

Dr. Igor and his staff are truly the best! Nerica has been my hygienist for many years. She is so gentle and sensitive and extremely knowledgeable. She NEVER recommends anything I don't absolutely need. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Igor's for at least 15 years, maybe longer. He is an absolute miracle worker! Despite taking the best care of my teeth, I have always had unusual problems. Dr. Igor is a genius at figuring out a way to fix MY teeth. He's definitely an out of the box thinker, and the best part it, he can do it all!! I have never, ever been referred to another "specialist". Every time I have had to have work done, it is finished in the time promised, with smiling results! His right hand gal, Jenny, is amazing, too. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Igor!

While they still provide good dental services, reception has really gone downhill. They were initially unable to confirm my insurance, so I had to reschedule my planned appointment earlier for this month. Then today they didn't tell me my insurance was now out of network until after I got my exam and cleaning done, so I had to pay $185 out of pocket. I understand this isn't entirely in their control but I'm still not happy about it, I could have gone to another dentist for a low co-pay. Hopefully this is fixed!

Everything is not as it seems at this dental office. I somehow got a lung infection after an extraction. I asked about more antibiotics and was told to just finish the ten I had been given four days prior. Upon returning for another procedure, I showed the report about the infection and asked nicely for x rays to be forward to my pulmonologist at Cleaveland Clinic. The dentist got all angry and defensive yelling at me while I was laying in the chair. I was only trying to protect my health and look for healing. Then the dentist left to see another patient. I heard him laughing and using God's name in vain as I stared straight a picture on the wall. The quote read " This is God, you are going to have a good day".

I tend to take things in and think about them. When I got home, in the mail was a letter from my dental insurance. It explained what I should owe the dentist for the first procedure and they overcharged my by more than $100. I had questioned why I was paying over $200 for an extraction when I had excellent insurance. She said that is what the co-host amount was. That was strike three and my rule kicked in. I'm finished with this office. Let's see how hard it will be to get reimbursed the extra money I paid.

Love this Dentist office, I'm terrified of Dentist and this staff puts you at ease.
Hygienist was kind and understanding of my fear she was super patient with me.
Dr G is very pleasant and not pushy as other dentists I've been to.

I walked in without a appointment and the office did everything they could to get me in. The staff and dentist was so understanding and helpful. Walked out with my issue resolved with not spending much at all. Happy I found them years ago. Highly recommended!

I am one of those people who dread going to the dentist... I have been going to Dr. Igor for over 10 years, recently I had to get my crown replaced with an implant.... to the say the least the thought of it caused me much anxiety. Dr. Igor and his staff have, and are great! They have always treated me with respect and thoughtfulness even when acting overly cowardly. Not once did they ever make me feel bad for bombarding them with questions and concerns. As for my implant it went as expected and looks EXCELLENT!! After this and experiencing the care and attention from Dr. Igor and his staff, I have to say that I no longer feel anxious at the thought of going to see my dentist!! Thank you Dr. Igor!
